Essential Telecommunications was formed by two Directors with over 30 years of experience within the UK's Telecom Industry.

We don't push one single mobile network to our customers - we are truly independent, offering tariffs on all the major UK networks: EE, Vodafone and O2. We offer products that enable employees to work flexibly, from the office, at home or on the move, with regular account reviews to help reduce costs.

The business was formed by Gary Ray and Lee Hopkins. Gary began his career within the Orange Corporate sector in 2004, including roles at Coca Cola and Asda, before becoming a founding Director of Essential. Lee began his career in Telecoms in 1995, holding senior roles at Carphone Warehouse and Phonebox Communications before forming Essential Telecoms with Gary in 2012.
